I'm MOST KNOWN FOR...
Creating timeless looks that result in a lifetime of healthy hair. Adding in one row of extensions is one of my favorite ways to create your dream hair as they are low maintenance, allow for easier styling at home, and can allow you to have highlights without altering your natural hair dramatically. I absolutely love creating all natural looking colors however, I love creating dimensional brunettes and reds most of all! I also specialize in razor cuts and dry haircutting. In the chair I love to educate you on the best hair maintenance practices based on your lifestyle. Instead of following trends I empower my clients to make changes to their hair that gives them the confidence to start their own trends.

Kristen is nothing short of amazing! Every time I have come in, she does a thorough consultation with me beforehand. Even when I struggle to express what I want for my hair, Kristen delivers on exactly what I was envisioning. One of the most important things to me was having my hair look good so I didn’t need to come as often. Im at four months since Kristen did my hair and it still looks as good as the day I had it done. I receive compliments all the time on my hair and most of all, it is exactly what I asked for and she designed it to fit me and my lifestyle. Alyssa is my go to girl at 13th and Washington. No matter what change I want in my color she hits it out of the park every time! I wanted to go from summer blonde tones to Richer golden tones for fall. Alyssa keeps my hair in excellent shape, using the best of products, feeling healthier and stronger every time I see her. Finding beauty in both subtle and bold changes. I really enjoy doing soft dimensional coloring and lived in natural looks as well as bold reds and coppers, blonding, cutting and big transformations. I strive to create a relaxing, positive experience. Coming into the salon is like a little break from the world.
People always say " Wow, you're so gentle!" yes I am the gentle hairstylist, I have always been really gentle with my clients. I like to create an experience that is calm and relaxing. I'm also a great listener! I'm an introvert at heart and have always been good at paying attention to the little details.

My creativeness and transformations. I nerd out and LOVE a good color correction but creating lived in color just gets better and better. I love blonding, creating high or soft contrast. Most of the time I’m mixing up several color bowls to create a flawless flow of dimension. My clients trust me enough to create a color and cut that is going to fit their face shape, skin tone, and lifestyle.

Making you feel confident with your hair and not always doing what is “trending.” I want to create a look that represents YOU. You don’t blow-dry or curl? Ok then let’s get the right color and cut for that. You are someone that will be in the salon frequently and style your hair everyday? Awesome, I got you. A lot of times I have people come to me saying they left their stylist because they were doing what THEY wanted not what YOU wanted. I promise to never be that person!

I have been getting incredible haircuts, glazes, and Brazilian Blowouts from stylist Kelsey for years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She always listens and creates exactly what I want, but she also offers her expert opinion and guidance.
