We interview applicants in a 4 phase process

Phase ONE / DISCOVERY CALL

This is a 20 min call to get to know each other and see if our vision is in alignment with yours.

Phase two / SAlon TOUR

We invite you to explore our space and meet in person.

Phase tHREE / WORKING INTERVIEW

We invite you to come in and create a lived in look on one of your clients. This allows you to get a feel for what it’s like to work in our space, chat with our team members, and allows us to see where your technical skill level is currently. 

Phase FOUR / FORMAL INTERVIEW

If we both feel this would be a great working relationship we move on to the final formal interview. We will discuss your goals, our goals, and how this working relationship can be a success. A decision will be made within 24hrs following the final interview!

Minimum of 4+ years experience.

Freelance or educator experience preferred

FULLY UNDERSTANDS THE BUSINESS SIDE OF BEAUTY

FREELANCE OR EDUCATOR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

HOURLY EMPLOYEE

*starting at $17.50-$20 based on experience level, 100% tips, 10%-30% retail, & monthly bonus opportunities $500-$2000. You are always paid 100% of your time working on clients or working on the backend of your business!  Choose your own hours and take time off when you need.


EXPERIENCE LEVEL

Beauty school graduate or higher. Existing client base preferred.

PART TIME HOURS

Must be available Tues, Wed, Thurs for first 90 Days

Available on Saturdays after first 90 Days

MUST BE CONFIDENT WITH:

Haircuts, Blow Outs, Lived in Color Services

Continuing Education provided For:

Business management, hair color, cutting, & beaded row extensions
